Weleda Refining Toner is the refreshing tonic to purify any skin type following cleansing. Mildly astringent plant substances, such as extract of Wild Rose petals, have a pore-refining effect. The subtle fresh fragrance of natural essential oils revives the skin. It tones the skin, clarifies and perfects, and is mildly astringent and pore-refining. For best effects, cleanse your skin with Weleda Gentle Cleansing Milk before applying the toner. The skin looks clear and refreshed and is well prepared for the next part of the skin care regime.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply morning and night after cleansing. Apply to a cotton pad and stroke gently over the face, neck and decolletage. Avoid the eye area.
